Ideopolis International have been chosen to run Management & Leadership training in North and Mid Wales on behalf of ELWa.

The project consists of a series of introduction events followed by full training programmes to Managers in SME's in North and Mid Wales. These Leadership and Management programmes help managers and business leaders improve business performance and see real results for their companies.

The Leadership Edge programmes, designed for Directors, Senior Managers and Entrepreneurs, provide the opportunity to:
