Programme Outline
You can sign up to one of two 4-day programmes, running from September 2006, at central locations in Mid & North Wales.
PLUS Masterclasses on Equality & Diversity, Customer Care, Marketing and Tourism Management.
The programme includes sessions, course materials, lunch and follow-up support.
Places are limited to just 15 per course to ensure a quality experience.
