You are probably aware that great performance and outstanding leadership and management go together. This is especially true today, when change, increased competition and new expectations affect everyone.

This prompted the government to ask us to lead a major study, Leadership and Management in a Changing World. We aim - with the support of the Welsh Assembly and ELWa - to deliver the best of this thinking, tailored to your needs, to you.
Please find enclosed a leaflet detailing 'The Leadership Edge' programmes, in North and Mid Wales, and the outline of our 'Masterclass' programme.
The programmes are heavily subsidised by ELWa & The Welsh Assembly, meaning that for the full course of 4 workshops the cost to you is just £276 (£69 per session, after you recover the VAT). ELWa pay the remaining £644 on your behalf. Places are limited to just 15 per workshop and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are unable to make these dates but would like us to keep you informed of future programmes please let us know.
